The central room of the main building is the “O-Zashiki<\/em>” . Both rooms can be converted into a performance area for Noh and Kyogen performances by removing the fusuma<\/em> screens and tatami<\/em> mats. In 1913, the Chinese revolutionary Sun Wen visited the house, and a commemorative photo of him and the Yasukawa family with the large tatami room in the background remains. A replica of a sign reading “World Peace” that Sun Wen wrote and presented to Keiichiro Yasukawa can also be seen in the room.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On October 25 and 26, 2023, three games of shogi<\/em> in the Ryuoh 7-ban tournament between Sota Fujii Ryuoh and Takumi Ito 7-dan were held here. A special display has been reproduced in the large tatami room, recreating the match-up of the same generation in which Takumi Ito 7-dan challenged Sota Fujii Ryuoh, the first player in history to win the \u2018Eight Crowns\u2019. Other valuable items are also be on display.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
